Attention Seniors: It is time to complete your survey for the yearbook. An email was sent to your school email address with a link to the survey. Make sure to complete it TODAY, and check the yearbook in June for the results!

Teens all across NEW JERSEY are invited to vote for their favorite books in the “Garden State Teen Book Awards”. Go to tinyurl.com/bookawards2015 to vote for your favorites in any or all of the three categories. Hard copies of the nominated titles are available for checkout in the Media Center. The Voting Deadline is on December 31 and the winners will be announced in January.

The next FBLA meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 6, AFTER SCHOOL in the Left Side Lecture Hall. All members testing in the FBLA Regional Competitive Events on Thursday January 8 MUST ATTEND! Italian Honors society is now selling Cannoli Grams during lunches. They only cost 1 dollar so buy one for yourself or a friend!  Canoli grams will be delivered on Tuesday, December 23rd.

THE NEW JERSEY SCIENCE LEAGUE IS A COMPETITIVE SCIENCE ORGANIZATION THAT IS OFFERS COMPETITIONS IN BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS, ASTRONOMY AND EARTH SCIENCE.  IT IS THE OLDEST CLUB IN OUR SCHOOL. IF YOU WANT TO JOIN, COME TO THE SIGN-UP AND INFORMATION SESSION IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL TODAY IN ROOM F-327. ALL ARE WELCOME. PLEASE SEE MR. TOLBOOM OR DR. PANGALOS FOR DETAILS.

The media center will hold another Brown Bag Lunch on Friday, December 19th. The discussion will focus on books and movies in which the author explores our emotional and dependent relationships to some of our evolutionary cousins, and where animals are some of the main characters. If you have read any of these or similar types of books join us for lunch on December 19th. You can Sign-up in the Media Center.

Looking for that special gift?  The Class of 2016 is selling Candy Grams during ALL lunches this week.  Add a personal message or send it as a “secret admirer”.  You will also have the choice to take the Candy Grams yourself or have them delivered to classrooms during block 1 on Monday, December 22.
