FBLA are hosting their 5th Annual "Karaoke For A Cause!" from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm tonight in the commons. Ticket donations are $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the door!  Tickets will be on sale in the cafeteria and from FBLA members. So, mark it on your calendars and grab your friends for this fun event! You should donate it to Monroe Township High School’s Student Council for the “Falconette Couture Dress Show”. Help make someone’s next prom dream come true with a formal dress donation. The council is also collecting accessories such as jewelry, handbags, shoes, and shawls. Drop off your donations wtih Ms. Schwartz in the G-323 teacher workroom before February 19th.

A community Service Project is being held all month by Mrs. Friedman's Structured Learning Experience Students. Now that the holidays are over, food donations to the Deacons' Food Cupboard in Jamesburg have diminished. However, The Pantry needs donations year round.  you can donate Canned goods and other non-perishable items, as well as toiletries.  place your Donations in one of the boxes in the main office, faculty lounge, the cafeterias, and room G-105.

However, The Pantry is in need of donations year round.  Canned good and other non-perishable items are needed and toiletries are welcome, too.  Help keep the pantry’s shelves stocked by placing a Donation in one of the boxes in the main office, faculty lounge, the cafeterias, and room G-105.

Students interested in running for an officer’s position should write a brief paragraph describing why you would be best suited for the position as well as some ideas for club activities. Elections will be held shortly. The club is also looking for a T shirt design…so bring along some creative ideas!

NOW THAT THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER, FOOD DONATIONS TO THE DEACONS' FOOD CUPBOARD IN JAMESBURG HAVE DMINISHED. HOWEVER, THE PANTRY IS IN NEED OF DONATIONS YEAR ROUND.  CANNED GOOD AND OTHER NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE NEEDED AND TOILETRIES ARE WELCOME, TOO.  HELP KEEP THE PANTRY’S SHELVES STOCKED BY PLACING A DONATION IN ONE OF THE BOXES IN THE MAIN OFFICE, FACULTY LOUNGE, THE CAFETERIAS, AND ROOM G-105.

This weeks ski club trip has been postponed due to lack of snow. A make up date will be announced as soon as possible based on mountain conditions.

Congratulations to harshit gupta, winner of this week’s Photography club photo contest for the theme “fireworks or fire”. the next contest theme is “fountains”. please email your pictures to ms. dale by 3:00 PM on monday, january 11th. ms. dale will confirm receipt of your email, so if you don’t get a reply, she did not get it! The next photo club meeting will be on tuesday, january 19th right after school in room g-227.

If you are interested in socializing and mentoring students with special needs …you a great fit for Project F.U.N!. project fun, which stands for Falcons Unified Now is meeting on Tuesday, January 12 at 2:10 in the Chorus room. Students interested in running for an officer’s position should write a brief paragraph describing why you would be best suited for the position as well as some ideas for club activities. Elections will be held shortly. The club is also looking for a T shirt design…so bring along some creative ideas!

There will be an informational about Monroe Township¹s first Relay for Life on Tuesday, January 12th, right after school in Cafeteria “A”. The Drama Club will be presenting its Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre on January 21 and 22. Dinner is at 6:00 PM and the show starts at 7:00. Tickets are $12.00 for both and can be purchased from any cast member, Mr. Byrnes, and Mrs. Vanliew in the main office.  Come out for a meal as you try to guess “whodunnit.”
