all vehicles parked on campus during school hours must DISPLAY an official Monroe Township High School parking decal or tag. vehicleS without tags are subject to ticketing by Police starting today. Staff members and students with approved parking privileges should contact Mrs. Benevento in room F-223 TO OBTAIN parking tags.

Ex-Animo will hold its first meeting today at 2:00 pm in room F-317. New and Returning members are welcome!  Please see Ms. Bruno or Mr. Esteves with any questions.

DECA will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, September 16 at 2:10 in Cafeteria ‘A’. Come and learn what DECA is all about and how to win your way to Orlando.  The club will also discuss upcoming field trips, events and competitions.

Challenge Days are returning to MTHS on October 28, 29, and 30th. Applications are now available in the college and career counseling center.. Space is limited and permission slips must be submitted to attend.

Auditions for Show Choir will take place today after school.  Please sign up now outside the Chorus Room.  Audition Music is available there as well.

Spanish Honor Society is holding a meeting for current members on Tuesday, September 16 at 2:00 pm on the steps outside the auditorium, followed by A mandatory meeting for board members.

Men’s Chorus is starting on Tuesday, September 16th at 2:10.  If you are a man who likes to sing, bring a friend and come down to the Chorus Room on Tuesday.

the first Peace Ambassadors meeting will be on Tuesday, September 16th at 2:00PM in room G-205.  All are welcome. Please see Ms. Mullarney or Ms. Ielpi in guidance with any questions.

The Freshmen Field Hockey Team is looking for two to four freshmen or sophomore girls to be the team’s managers.  Managers will be required to attend all home and away games and act as score keepers and game-clock operators. Interested freshmen or sophomore girls should see Ms. Kelley in the P-E department as soon as possible.

Key Club will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, September 17th at 2:45 in the right haND lecture hall. New members are welcome.

Computer Club will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, September 17 at 2:15 in room G-136.

THE FIRST MEETING OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION CLUB WILL TAKE PLACE on Thursday, September 18 AT 2:10. ALL ARE WELCOME. The club WILL CONTINUE PLAnning FOR THE UPCOMING GREEN FAIR.

Student Council will hold its first meeting on September 18th after school in room F-216. New members are welcome.

Photography Club will hold its first meeting on Thursday September 18 immediately after school in Room G-227.  All students are invited to attend the meeting and join. The club will also discuss Weekly Photo Contest themes. New and returning members should bring along some pictures to share and discuss. please See Ms. Dale in Room G-227 if you have any questions.

Congratulations to the Rookie Field Hockey team for defeating Old Bridge on Wednesday by the score of 2 – 0.  Goals were scored by sophomore Mya Harris and freshman Mackenzie Meyers.  The team’s record now stands at one win and one loss.

Academic Team is meeting on Tuesday, September 23rd at 2:10 in Room G-247. Anyone interested in participating in academic competitions with other schools in the state should attend. The first tournament is on Thursday, October 9th.

FCCLA will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, September 23 at 2:00 PM in room F-130.

the Mock Trial Team will be having it¹s first meeting this year on Tuesday, September 23rd at 2:00 pm in room G-206. The team will discuss the vision for this year¹s team, upcoming tryouts, and the State Bar Foundation’s Mock Trial Competition. Please see Mr. Calella with any questions.
