MTHS Red Cross Club will hold its next general meeting on Tuesday,
April 5th at 2:05 PM in Room F-327. A decorating session
will be held right after the meeting for the “Code Red” Dance hosted by the
American Red Cross.

FBLA will hold their next meeting on Tuesday April 5, at 2:05 PM in
the RIGHT side Lecture Hall. ALL members should attend! This
meeting will also serve as the first meeting for the FINANCIAL committee to
discuss the stock market challenge. Also, the club is looking for members to
get a fundraising committee off the ground. finally, FBLA is holding a
fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings in North Brunswick, NJ from on Wednesday April
6, from 2:00 PM to closing. Show the your FBLA Buffalo Wild Wings Flyer at the
register to support FBLA.

Junior Prom Bids are now on sale. Bids can be purchased during
all lunches on “A” days and during most lunches on “B” days. The cost is
$45 person. The last day to purchase a prom bid is Friday, April
8th. Table assignments are due by Tuesday, April 12th

Senior Event paperwork must be completed and submitted during the
week of April 11 through April 15. This includes forms for prom, picnic,
and brunch, as well as all payments due.

This year’s One Book Read will take place on April 21st at 7:00 PM
in the Media Center. Come spend the evening sharing your thoughts on this
year’s pick “Eleanor & Park” through discussions and fun activities.
Refreshments will be served. Please see Mr Hinz in the media center with any
questions.

and finally, The MTHS Academic Team went to the finals of the
Bridgewater Raritan Invitational Tournament of Excellence and were awarded
$1,000 for their accomplishments. Congratulations to Prateek Jain, Acheev
Bhagat, Christian Remolado, Soleiman Rizvi, and Megha Jain, as well as their
advisors ms. granett and ms. abruzzese.

Do you want to improve you leadership and communication skills,
learn about responsibility, and meet new people? Then you should attend “FLY”,
or “Falcon Leadership Youth” Camp, this summer on Thursday, August 4th and
Friday, August 5th. Busing and Lunch will be provided. Print the permission
slips on the MTHS website, get one from Ms. Basile in the Media Center or Mr.
Lee and Mr. Field in the Phys-Ed Department. Permission slips need to be
returned by June
20th.
