Robotics and Tech Club will be meeting today from 2 to 4 in room H-124 with Mr. Snow. Time is running out for competition robots!

There less than 10 spots left in the ski club.  The deadline to turn in your payment and paperwork is Wednesday, November 28.  Please give it to Mr. “O” before school in room F-315

SHS fundraiser order forms and money are due by Tuesday, December 3 to Ms. Quindes in room G-314 or Ms. Wolk in G-214.

There will be a mandatory Model U.N. Meeting on Tuesday, December 3rd in room G-207.  All country research papers should be completed by then.  The club will submit all papers at the meeting.

Anyone interested in trying out for winter cheerleading needs to see Ms. Ballard or Ms. Quindes as soon as possible. Tryouts will be held the week after Thanksgiving. Keep watching MNN for more information.

Is there a BOOK that you would like to recommend for this year’s ONE BOOK READ? If so, stop by the MEDIA Center and submit your selection by November 30th.   For more information about the ONE BOOK READ, please contact Mrs. Fekete, in the Media Center.

CONGRATULATIONS TO KIM KRAEMER FOR HER WINNING ENTRY TO LAST WEEK’s PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST. The theme was “leaves and trees”. The theme of the next PHOTO CONTEST IS “something blue”. THERE WILL BE A MEETING OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION CLUB On Thursday, DECEMBER FIFTH AT 2:10 IN ROOM F-226. The club WILL WORK ON POSTERS FOR THE “ENVIROMOBILE” AND DEVELOP the DISTRICT GARDENS VIDEO PROJECT. ALL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

the DECA online testing schedule is now posted on the bulletin board outside Room G-237.  Your block and time cannot be changed.  If you do not show up on your scheduled day and time you cannot continue to the conference in January.  Only absentees who are on the official school attendance sheet will be allowed to make up the test on December 12. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SIGN OFF ONCE YOU HAVE VIEWED YOUR SCHEDULE.

and finally, Fellowship of Christian Athletes would like to thank all participants of its first annual Relentless Volleyball Tournament. All teams played competitively and showed spirit by dressing up. “Team Squad” won best dressed and “50 Shades of Swag” won the tournament. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Donna Jamieson. To help with her recovery use #doitforDonna.
