The Academic Team is meeting today at 2:10 in room G-247. they
will be selecting teams for the BRITE tournament on January 27th, February
3rd, and February 10th.

council will distribute passes for the yearbook photo. Please make every effort

Congratulations
to Lindsay laviola, winner of this week’s Photography club photo contest for
the theme “animals”. The next photo CONTEST theme is “distance”. Photos must be
emailed to Ms. Dale by 3:00 pm on Monday, january 26th. the next
photo club meeting is on thursday, january 29th in room G-227.

FBLA will hold their next
meeting on TuesDAY, January 27th in the LEFT SIDE LECTURE
HALL. FBLA State competition, KIT KAT sales and KARAOKE FOR A CAUSE, will
all be discussed. All members should make every effort to attend this meeting.

FOR NEXT YEAR’S WOMEN’S CHORALE AND CONCERT CHOIR CLASSES WILL TAKE PLACE on
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28TH AT 2:10PM IN THE CHORUS ROOM. THe
AUDITION IS OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS. If you want to get a SPOt IN either
ensemble you must ATTEND this AUDITION. PLEASE SEE MS. ALAGNA OR
MR. GOOD IN THE CHORUS ROOM WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

have a band and are interested in participating in Battle of the Bands this
year? Then attend the interest meeting held by the senior class on Thursday,
January 29 at 2:10 in room G-346. All event details will be discussed at this
meeting.

Chess Club will meet on
Thursday January 29th, from 2:20 PM to about 4:20 PM in Room F-327. All
are welcome. If you would like to learn how to play, club members will
teach you. Please bring a friend and enjoy this ancient "Immortal"
game of Kings.

Key Club is meeting on Thursday, January 29th at 2:30 in the Right
Lecture Hall. Please bring your volunteer hours log sheet. passes for the yearbook
photo will also be distributed.

All DECA members are invited to the awards pizza party on Thursday,
January 29 immediately after school in Cafeteria “A”. You must tell Mrs.
Stapenski if you plan to attend by Wednesday, January 28 so she can order
enough pizza.

the photography’s club Yearbook Photos will be taken on Monday,
February 2, at 10:50 AM in the PAC. Passes were distributed at the last
meeting. Passes can also be picked up outside Ms. Dale’s classroom G-227. They
are pinned to the bulletin board outside the door.

FBLA are hosting their 4th
Annual "Karaoke For A Cause!" on Friday, February 6, at 6:30pm in the
commons. If you don't want to do Karaoke, you can lip-synch, too! Ticket
donations are $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the door! See an FBLA member for

The Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional and Community
Advancement is seeking qualified applicants for its 2015 Scholarship
Program. nineteen $2000 scholarships and five $1000 scholarships will be
awarded this year. Please note that You
do not need to be of Asian Pacific descent to be eligible for this scholarship.
