students planning to work backstage on Showcase 2013 are asked to attend an organizational meeting with the show's stage managers TODAY AFTER school in the lobby of the auditorium.

Senior Superlative pictures will be taken TODAY. WINNERS SHOULD HAVE receiveD an appointment pass from their Language Arts teacher. A copy of the winners and picture times is now posted outside of the journalism room C-149.

Attention Seniors: The senior class picture will be taken today at 8:00 am. PLEASE GO TO YOUR BLOCK 1 CLASS. YOU WILL THEN BE CALLED DOWN TO THE GYMNASIUM VIA THE INTERCOM.

Do you like going to historical places, watching historical movies and documentaries and meeting people who have lived through significant periods of time? Then the History Club is for you! The History Club is meeting on Tuesday, October 15th at 2:10pm in room G-306.  See Ms. Granett with any questions.

the next FBLA meeting will be on Tuesday October 15, immediately after school in Room G-227! This is the last day to join FBLA, so Membership dues and registration forms are due at the meeting. See Ms. Dale in Room G-227 with any questions.

This year’s opening Brown Bag Lunch is READER'S CHOICE- discuss any book, article, magazine, genre, or topic you want. If you are not sure what the Brown Bag Lunch is all about, stop by the media center, check it out and sign up.  Then on October 16th, bring your lunch to the Media Center during your scheduled lunch block to discuss any reading material that you want. See the Media Center staff if you have any questions.

The Computer Club will meet on Thursday, October 17 at 2:15 pm in room G-136.

All DECA dues must be paid by Friday, October 18.  Regional conference forms can be picked up from mrs. Stapenski in Room G-237 from Mrs. Stapenski. all regional conference trip forms and registration fees must be turned in by November 5.

Girls interested in coming out for Winter Track must attend a mandatory pre-season meeting on Tuesday, October 22nd at 2:10 in room F-338.  see Coach Jessop with any questions.

Jazz Dance Team Auditions for new and returning members are being held on Tuesday, October 22.  The audition scoring sheet is available online. Go to bwolk.wikispaces.com and follow the Jazz dance link.

Want to shred some gnar with the Roon-dog, Jessop and Tolboom?  Do you want to beat Mrs. Puleio or Mrs. Mackenzie down the mountain? Then come to the ski club meeting on Thursday, October 24, from 2:10 until 2:45 in room F-315.  All new and returning members must attend.

students interested in trying out for Winter Sports must see the nurse by October 25th to get paperwork and make an appointment. Physicals will be given on October 31st.  Even athletes who already had a physical must get an update.
